Welcome to Julia DIY — a little wrap, a whole lot of personality. These Terms & Conditions explain how to use our website and arrange an order with our team, including orders discussed during TikTok LIVE.
1. About Julia DIY
Julia DIY sells physical cup wraps and transfer designs. Unless a product description expressly states otherwise, glass cups, lids, straws and other styling props shown in our images are not included. Please check the dimensions, materials, application instructions and contents of your selected item before ordering.
2. Your livestream order
When ordering through TikTok LIVE, confirm the designs, quantities, order amount and delivery details with our team. A livestream comment alone does not confirm an order. Keep your order reference and confirmation messages. Our TikTok account is @user1863880099510.
3. Deposits and balance payments
If your order uses a deposit and a later balance payment, choose the correct payment option and pay only the amount agreed with our team. A deposit is part of the confirmed order total, not a separate product or full payment. A balance payment settles the remaining amount for the same order and does not add more products. Include your TikTok username and existing order reference where requested. Contact us about cancellations or payment errors; the outcome depends on the order status and applicable consumer rights.
4. Prices and payment
The currency and amount displayed at checkout are the amounts you should review before paying. Do not infer a payment amount from a livestream graphic or a product image. If the amount does not match what our team confirmed, contact us before completing payment. Product availability and accepted payment methods are those shown when an order can be placed.
5. Availability and order changes
Some designs may become unavailable. If we cannot fulfil an agreed item, we will contact you to discuss an alternative or an appropriate resolution. We will not substitute a different design without your agreement. Contact us promptly to request changes; we will confirm whether a change is still possible.
6. Delivery
Orders are dispatched from Zhuzhou, Hunan, China. Estimated delivery is 13–15 days; timing may vary with the destination, dispatch date, carrier and customs. See our Shipping Policy for details.
7. Product issues and after-sales support
If an item arrives damaged or has a quality issue, contact our livestream team with your order details and clear photos. After confirming the issue, we will arrange replacement of the affected product. See our Refund & Return Policy. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
8. Appropriate website use
Provide accurate contact and delivery information. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with other customers, or submit fraudulent orders. Website text, design and images may not be copied or commercially reused without the relevant permission.
9. Privacy and external services
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. TikTok, WhatsApp and payment services are separate platforms with their own terms and privacy notices. Julia DIY is an independent seller; use of these platforms does not imply their endorsement.
10. Changes and your rights
We may update these terms for future use of the website and future orders. The terms agreed when your order was confirmed remain relevant to that order. These terms do not exclude or restrict any rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
